Ken and Lynn Mahuta began this company in 1988 as a garage-based side business. Now owned by the second generation, Jeff and Kim, Mahuta has evolved into a full-service CNC machining and die manufacturer with clients throughout the US and Canada. Always growing, we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and are Mil-Spec compliant.
Throughout the industry, we are known for quality workmanship, fair pricing and on-time delivery. We are committed to sound engineering, ethical business practices and innovative design. In addition to CNC machining and manufacturing assemblies, fixtures and tooling, we also design and build progressive metal stampings and pierce and blanking dies with a focus on details such as sensors for die protection and quick die changes to reduce set-up time.
We strive to develop long-term partnerships with our customers, and specialize in short-run, low volume production of parts on an as-needed basis. We also offer rush and emergency services with short lead times.
You can find pictures of our completed project and facilities in our online portfolio.
We believe in giving back and do our part to support local charities by participating in various fundraisers and events throughout the year. When a local bike shop contacted us for help with customizing a recumbent bicycle for use by a handicapped youth, we responded with technical support and machining of parts for an innovative torso-activated braking system. We are also involved with local schools to support vocational education and close the manufacturing skills gap.
