Tool Design, Dies & Workholding Fixturing

In addition to our machining services, Mahuta Tool offers tool & die design & manufacturing services to meet all of our customers' needs. We provide a full range of services for tool & die development and production: CAD modeling in 2-D and 3-D, design, prototyping, inspection, engineering, and technical support. We also provide tool history documentation. For tooling and fixturing, we can manufacture checking, welding, and assembly fixtures, as well as inspection gauges and automation equipment. Our die manufacturing services cover stamping, including progressive, transfer, and single hit stamping, as well as coining dies, forming dies, swaging dies, and other including blanking, draw, hand transfer, and secondary dies and die cast trim dies.

Our tools and dies are typically used in the manufacture of pans, drawn shells, perforated shapes, pans and channels, as well as for embossing and engraving operations.
